Happy Paws Upstate does not use retractable leashes as they can be dangerous to both the pet and the pet sitter. Please be sure to fill out pet & owner profiles fully on our website. While notes can be helpful:
1. Notes can sometimes be difficult to read.
2. Your pet sitter has taken time to read the website and your profile to get familiar with your pet. Reading notes can take away from time spent with your pets and the love they receive.
3. It can be difficult to supervise the Happy Paws team if we are all not working from the same instructions.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the information in the profiles are correct and up to date following the meet and greet. You may add notes to the appointment as needed so your sitter is aware of any changes or requests.
Follow Happy Paws Upstate on Facebook and Instagram (@happypaws5465).
See Photos of your pets, food recalls, team updates, pet parent tips, and more. You may also post pictures of your pets on our posts as well. Once your service request has been assigned to the Happy Paws team, you may see on your schedule who will be caring for your pet and home. If there are to be any repairmen, contractor, etc in your home PLEASE have them come after we are scheduled to be there. This compromises the safety of our employees. Our website is able to accept payments, which is also set with a 25% prepay amount at time of booking as a deposit. You will then receive an invoice for the rest of the amount after service ends. Please read our cancellation policy on our website for questions. You may leave a tip for the sitter when you receive the invoice and the system will include that into our payments.
We are honored that you have chosen Happy Paws Upstate!
